The day started with a detour (closed ramp) and the golf gods threw another wrench into the spokes with another detour (start on #9, #10 or #11). Despite a 4pm start for most, after all the dust settled (literally!), everyone got their game in, matches were played and won (or lost!) but everyone seemed to be in jovial moods as results were tallied. This group of Slammers deserve an honourable mention for somewhat taking it on the chin but turning the other cheek and making the best of it all.

Despite a closed off-ramp requiring an additional fifteen minutes of driving to get to the course, all but one Slammer made it in more than enough time to tee off on schedule.

Some Slammers had to DRIVE THEIR CARS to their first tee because of a shot gun start requiring them to go to the furthest point from the first hole possible before starting.

FishHawk moves on to the next round in the TC-B tour championship by beating Silver Fox.

Ruskie overcomes the fact that four carts drove up and past his first tee in between his first and second practice swings, delaying his shot over and over and over again...

Hole #17 - what happens when your drive goes left? You approach the green from the left side of the water. Seemed illegal - was it?
