We started with cloud, cold, yet, because of the Slammers' presence, the sun came out after the 6th hole, and all of us, some so good and some, not so good, started shedding outer layers...what a fabulous day with a great bunch of kindred spirits. Seems like Slammers are a kind of family, sticking together for the whole round, each doing their own thing, and then assembling for a ritual where the whole family comes back together to re-ignite, gain some recognition, banter about, maybe have a beer or two, and then look forward to the next event.....
