That sure was a long cold winter. I believe that it is done now, in fact many of our friends that didn't come along are laughing at us because of their good weather. So ten events are done and so far Maiden has only played in nine. Well she is ready to add three more, as are the other 43 Slammers.

  • Here are a couple of rules questions for our Rules Committee. Of course, reading this will open some debates on the 19th hole. Is it truth or rumour that when you hit an opponent's equipment, you get to re-hit? (We know you are out of hole for hitting your own equipment)� Rule question #2: What is the penalty for teeing up in a drop zone? I believe that even if the drop zone is in a tee block, if you tee it up, you are out of hole.

  • A former Slammer (Bubbles) has returned. His last (30th) event was May 23, 2007. Welcome back, newly named TwinDad! The stats keep track of inactive Slammers. TwinDad starts this season ranked 566

  • AngryBird is the 41st Slammer to join the Hole-In-One-Club.

  • This is the first time that this OC has seen a course rating of 11 on a group sheet.

  • Ten Slammers are playing their inaugural events today. If they go 0-3, they will start their careers ranked around 740. Two of them, Shads and Chockey are from Binghamton. We met them last year and expect to see them in the Nation's Capital this year. Shad's wife Connie sent a gift to Grumpy. A bowl of snow to remember home by.

  • As you can see from the chart on the right, there were some Dynamic Physio and Chiro Skins. They were recorded by IronMaiden. Thank you for your help.

  • The Culligan Doggie work was done by Lucky. Another great job, mate!

  • Notable MILESTONES today? Papa Malone lost to Grumpy today and became the 43rd Slammer to reach the 150 loss plateau. Hacker was the 14th to reach 900 points when he took down AngryBird.
