The forecast was for a cloudy and somewhat chilly day and the weatherman didn't get it wrong. Most Slammers can play in and tolerate chilly if its dry. Slammers dressed for the occasion and came out to play and enjoy match play golf. With the course in good late fall conditions, it was nice to have three groups make the trek to Stittsville. He registers a victorious day as he goes Gator hunting and takes him down. The Enigma was interested in hunting Bs as well without getting stung. He hands KidsClub and HELFM, both Bs, defeats. In addition he takes home a skin. He graciously donates his skin bones to the kids. Congratulations on your solid Slammer performance.

Overall the course was in very good condition given that it is so late in the season and our recent bouts of precipitation. Fairways were moist and playable while the greens were median speed with the occasional sprinkling of leaves. Playable and enjoyable with these late season conditions.
