The Slammer event today was outstanding. The course conditions were mint including true, fast and tricky greens. Summer condition greens and fairways. And the Slammer foursome of seniors made for an interesting, entertaining, fun filled and competitive event. It was like playing with longtime buddies. This is what the Slammer Tour is all about. Carrot Top playing in her third season and 33rd career event today is becoming a Slammer Tour stalwart. Carrot Top is the event winner for today’s event. She has a sweet match play round going 2-0-1 taking out Bookie, and auldphart and going all square against KC. She takes home one of those puppies, shoots below her scoring median and jumps upper the Slammer ladder to C3. Carrot Top also makes a very nice addition to any Slammer foursome.
