Five groups came out to Slamm' at Pine View Thursday including 3 CMPC matches. The weather was cooperative today with overcast skies and no rain making for an enjoyable day. No thoughts about the election while on the golf course, only thinking of and setting up for the next shot. Some performed well on the course while others not so much, but that's match play golf. But we all enjoyed a day of Slammin'. Your OC, KC.
What a day for the event winner! Worrying about making it to his tee time in time, since his car was getting worked on, and making to the course just in time. Unfazed, Chevy racks up some match play points with wins vs Shades and YipMeister, and taking Bagpipes to the 18th. He punctuates his performance with a trifecta on #12... a birdie, a dog and a skin on one hole. He takes home another skin and shoots below his median. Well done, sir!!
