It was a great day to be playing Slammer match play golf on one of the nicest public golf courses in the area. The majority of the Slammers are focused on Casselview with a practice round today and the Commish Cup tomorrow. Six Slammers and two CMPC matches came out today to enjoy match play golf under summer skies and great course conditions. No skins played today since 7 Slammers is the minimum for official stats so it was a doggie day. The last group took home all the dogs and were paid while still on the course after the last par 3 was played. Congratulations to Llama (Trevor Thompson) and Marcus Piche who won their CMPC matches and advance to the next round. Interestingly all matches were between Slammers in different division. Lots of fun playing Slammer golf today.
KidsClub is the Matheson Realty event winner as he takes home a dozen points. He has a match win vs Llama, shoots well below his median, scores a birdie, wins a dog and get volunteer points. Congrats KC. I'll pat him on his head the next time I see him.
