eQuinelle, in its first year, has earned the reputation as one of best maintained courses in the area, a must play and a Slammer Tour favourite. The day started off with a great breakfast at the Marlborough Pub and Eatery in North Gower compliments of Rulz. Twenty eight Slammers were not disappointed at the golf as we played the last eQuinelle event as the course is closing tomorrow. Lots of banter, great golf and interesting matches as these die-hard, addicted golfers celebrate the near end of a wonderful season. The staff was great bringing extra tables and chairs to facilitate the festivities of the 19th hole and the Slammer event windup. Lots of chirping, banter and plain fun as we finished off the event. The festivities continued as Juice invited all the Slammers to her place to enjoy beer, wine and spaghetti. Great event Slammers. The Tour has turned into a real Social club!!

  • POP: The challenge for the 7 groups of Slammers today was to come in 4 hrs and 15 minutes of less. The first 2 groups come in at 4 hr 10 and 4 hr 15. Group 3 comes in at 4 hr and 40 which affects all of the remaining groups coming. Great job group 1 and 2. We need to work on POP for next year!

  • HONOURABLE MENTION to Crenshaw who goes 3-0-0 with a bird and goes sub 80. Great!!
