There is a great semi-competitive golf tour in Ottawa called the Slammer Tour. The format is match play and the overall rankings are a ladder, so beat a Slammer with a better ranking than you and you move ahead of them. And half of the matches today ended up in upsets!! This means that a lot of Slammers move up the match play ladder. What a great day for Slammin!!! Absolutely great weather and great course conditions to play match play golf with our buddies on the Slammer Tour. This Robert Trent Jones designed course is such a unique venue for match play golf. TC MIXED MATCH: Steel Crazy and Flash vs PukeyJ and Taz with the former advancing to the final four!! The match was determined on the 18th hole. Great job!

GRUMPY'S 10 HOLE CLUB: Grumpy and Mulder are initiated into the 10 hole club complements of P-Bomb and JMoney, respectively!!

UNDEFEATED: Also undefeated are P-Bomb with a bird and a dog and Clang with 2 birds and a skin! Great rounds, Slammers!!

RULES REMINDER: There are no provisionals for lost or out of bounds balls on the Slammer Tour (Slammer rule 9). The only provisionals allowed are the Slammer hazard provisionals. (Slammer rule 11). If you hit another from the tee its not a provisional, it is the ball in play (Slammer rule 9)!!
