It was a super hot and sunny Friday the 13th at Manderley with a great group of Slammers that came out to take on the Central then North courses. And it felt like ol' times with the 19th hole wrap up in the clubhouse. We all sat in the dining room, had a few cold beverages where Steel Crazy delivered the doggie report and AliG the skins report. It also felt great to escape the heat and the mosquitos. Fun day!
Hodgy's game can only be described as on fire today with wins against Inch and Irony and leaping to B20 in the ranks. He had one of those magical days playing a super tight round with one bird that gave him the skin along with two other par skins for a total of three on the front nine and all within the first five holes! That's one way to start your matches ! Add to this that he shot a tidy seven strokes below his median for the low score of the day. I'm thinking Hodgy will certainly be coming back to play Manderley again. Congrats and keep up the great play !
