The morning was brisk but once the sun came out and the breeze died down, it turn into a fantastic late fall golf day...simply outstanding. Slammers happy to be playing dry match play golf this time of the year with great course conditions. The event saw six divisional upsets, 1 big upset and 14 successful defences. Five doggies won and only 2 skins taken home producing some big bones winners. We still have some great dry days of golf left this year, so inski and enjoy some Slammin'. How do you celebrate your 817th career event? One way is play so well as to become the event winner. Yes, Gator played so Slammer well today he captures the event winner crown. He defeats Stymie, Koala and Patriot and jumps so high up the ranking ladder to be crowned the new B1. Gator also celebrates by taking home a doggie. Rumor has it Gators love doggies.
