Carts off - Carts on - Carts off .... But game on !!! This time of year can be a challenge to keep up with the availability of carts and today was one of those days where the course had to make the call on the morning of our event. Luckily we only lost two players and the balance of the 14 in the field had a great day at Mountain Creek. We were literally "blown away" with how quickly the course dried up under the full sunny skies and the wind gusts that hit 1000 kms an hour. This entire weekend proved to be a challenge weather wise and I applaud the Slammers that made it through in survivor mode. I'd also like to note that Pace of Play was on point today with all four groups tight all day and that was with foursome - threesome - threesome - foursome groups ! Thank you everyone for a great day !
Tiger was the target and he successfully defended against all that challenged taking the wins against The Game, Razz and IronMaiden and he didn't even need the last hole to complete the task! With only two of the dogs hit today Tiger claims half the doggie pot with a nice payday for his shot on the 14th par three and all that while shooting a solid full stroke below his median! Excellent and keep up the great play Tiger !

Early Sunday morning we received a message from Mountain Creek owner Josh that carts would not be allowed out afterall because of excessive rains overnight but with the very gusty winds and full sun the course dried up extremely well and we enjoyed a round with dry shoes and very few casual water relief needed
