It was a 2 for 1 special today at Smiths Falls golf course as due to the forecast of severe weather at Mont Cascades, an executive decision was made to cancel that event and move everyone to Smiths Falls. Great move as it turned out to be a great day - hot, muggy, hazy with a bit of wind, but NO RAIN! City match play games today were, in the B division Greener vs Jamie Shea; winner was Jamie Shea. In the pairs combo division it was Duke and Char against Ali G and Toes, moving on are Duke and Char. Good luck to all in the next round. And...we finished our round in 3.75 hours!
Char is our event winner today. She tied her matches with both her pairs cmpc opponents in addition to winning that match with her partner Duke, plus she got a dog and shot 6 strokes under her median. Nice game Char.
