Over the last 4 weeks (events) at Pine View we have gone week to week from rain, snow, to several very wet fairways to this absolutely gorgeous sunny and hot day on the links. 30 degree high, sunny, little to no wind and on a golf course with lots of summer roll on the fairways. Most Slammers played well, enjoyed the match play golf, soaked in the summer weather and enjoyed the Slammer company.... Slammership. Varied Slammer groupings with a long ball hitting group, a go-after-the-top-C group and the always enjoyable and competitive B group. Always a pleasure to play a Slammer event. And 10 of the 11 Slammers enjoyed the Slammership, libations and scenery on the 19th hole. Thanks to my fellow Slammers for making this a great day to be Slammin'. Your OC, KC.
Jack City has an average driving distance of 285 and he showed the Tour how good he is. Jack City takes down P-Bomb, Ali G and Snapshot. And he capitalized on his skill, shooting the low stroke play round of the day at 1 over and had several drives over 300. So sweeeet. He records an eagle, 2 birdies and 2 skins. Simply an outstanding day for Jack City. Congratulations.

The course was being watered and the greens left a bit fuzzy in anticipation of the heat wave. Overall the course is in good condition with lots of roll on fairways, and it's always an enjoyable view from the 19th hole. Thank you Pine View.
