It started off chilly and breezy but turned into a nice, enjoyable golf day once the breeze went away and the sun came out. Two groups enjoyed the day playing Slammer golf and racking up the Slammer stats. Four doggies were won and 7 skins were taken in this second event of the 2023 season. Pace of play was very good as both group came in under 4 hours. And I did I mention that Chef had a hole-in-one? Yessiree, see the details in the event winner space. Chef is our event winner as he has an excellent day Slammin'. He goes undefeated putting on a Master's class on Slammin'. He wins 3 doggies and wins 3 skins and he is the big bones winner. Alert! Alert! Alert! Chef scores that illusive eagle (2 below par) on hole 16 for a trifecta; a dog, a skin and birdie or better. OMG Chef scores that illusive hole in one... the magical ACE ⛳➡1️⃣. Pure magic. And during his clinic on Slammin' he registers a stroke play score of 1 over. Yes, that below his median. Absolutely a magical Slammer performance by Chef. Congratulations.
