The Slammers were certainly challenged as we teed it up on hole #1. Very steady rains and crosswinds accompanied our first drives and followed us through most of the front nine. The skies cleared and gave us a break from the tough conditions by the sixth hole or so and we were able to complete most of the balance of the round without any rain. Kudos to the great group of Slammers who gave it a shot today and for hanging in there.
