Late 3:00 tee time with a weather forecast of heavy rain and thunder storms. Not the makings for a day at the course but 20 Slammers signed up to challenge Talon and the weather. The day started with light rain that turned to rain and then turned to heavy rain that turned to pouring rain. The common theme today was rain and lots of it. The course held up perfect. The greens were as fast at the end of the round as they were at the start. Hats off to the staff and crew at Talon. Great facility! After drying out in the clubhouse and trying to read the soaking wet score cards. There were a number of Slammers that posted some impressive scores for the conditions, check them out.
