Three first timers joined 17 other Slammers at this inaugural event at Brockville Country Club. When everybody gets back and reports about this course to the other Slammers I predict that the August 14th event will be sold out before the lottery gets finished. The team was very hospitable and this OC ranks them right up there as a top course for ensuring that the Slammer Tour is well taken care of.

Pace of Play: Everybody kept pace with the group ahead. It was a 4 and a half hour round. Slammers keep up the good work. OC is very proud of group three.

Playing in his inaugural event, Hammy wins his TC "C" match against the very improved Captain Crunch. Congratulations and good luck in the next round versus Wilford. By the way, here is hoping that you have learned about 'doggy balls'

Honourable mentions go to our two Brockville members, they combined for a 5-1 record having only one loss vs Malone. Wins {moved into 8th} , those other two want another piece of you, where they know the course. Jack {harry potter?}, you were a most gracious host, even as you beat Billiards to move into 13th. Digger was also an HM going 3-0 and moving up to #29

Malone had 4 birdies on 6,7,8,& 10 which were all good for skins. A skin sweep, which is currently being audited ... there may be a $2 fine to the kids.
