Fifteen Slammers made their way out to Lombard Glen to play the Tour on a beautifully hot but humid day. The course was in mid-summer condition with great fairways, punishing rough but the greens have suffered the invasion of the ants. There was some good golf played, some close matches and everyone enjoyed themselves on the patio under sunny skies after the round. The match play was great, the food was very good, and the beer was cold! Another enjoyable Slammer Tour event for the memory books!!
