Dressed and prepared for the day, it was business as per usual at the Arnprior Slammer Tour event as 13 golf diehards and addicts - some of the Slammer Tours finest - came out to enjoy a pleasant 4 hours on the links playing match golf and trying to squeeze in more golf as the season nears an end. With no tee markers, no rakes in the bunkers, no cafe, no 19th hole and particularly disappointing, no cart girl, the Slammers went out and enjoyed the golf and some interesting matches. Lots of low scores posted as the Slammers seemed to find the course conditions to their liking matching their playing style. And the 19th hole was held at the Prior, a favourite local watering hole. Thanks to the addicts that made this an enjoyable event.!
