It was a beautiful day to Golf; the sun was shining with a little breeze to start, picking up as the day went on to help keep it reasonably pleasant. Sixteen slammers came out to play Arnprior with this O/Cs choice to play ball down, no stick handling. There were some comments after about the hardness of the fairways, but it is time for everyone to be ready for the Sun Scramble and the Kingston Intersectional’s. The first three groups had TC matches challenged today, one TC Mixed and two TC "B"; all three were completed in regulation play. An unexpected event in the 4th group was the challenge for #1, brought on by Kadaver’s win the day before. Chilly came out and played his usual stellar round and succeeded in going home as the new number one. How long will he hold it this time? Opting out of the Skins game bit another slammer today as an Eagle on the par 5, 3rd hole was denied a skins payout. All in all a fine day with some fine company.
