Today the Slammers gave thanks. Thanks for the incredible weather that Mother Nature had ordered up for us; Thanks for all the friends we have met and made on the Tour. Some will be our friend for the day, others will become our fiend for life. Thanks to our spouses and children for their patience and for welcoming us home at the end of the day. And thanks for our health....all these things allow us the freedom to enjoy this great sport we all love. Just having this freedom to enjoy the day, on the golf course, is something alot if not most people cannot appreciate. For all of us Slammers, it feels like a gift. The scenery at Equinelle was fantastic and as we leaned against the fence that borders the 19th hole and looked out, we noted that we had a panoramic view of the course in all it's fall glory. A picture postcard moment.
