EQUINELLE...Exquisite, Quaint, Unique, Ideal, Natural, Excellent, Lovely, Lively, Exceptional, to name just a few words that describe this great lay of land. Today, not less than "7" groups of lucky Slammers made their way down the 416 to Kemptville to take on this 'beauty'. 19 Slammers were pre-registered for this event because of Tour Championship matches, leaving only 9 additional spots available, which meant careful planning on sign-up night. The hot weather and amazing conditions made for a super afternoon. The modified shot-gun start allowed for Slammers to stay and socialize in the cool, air- conditioned 19th hole (which we filled), and share some post match follies. Congratulations to Falcon Ridge for being the first "Guest" team to hold the Commish Cup, and to all the TC Match winners today.
