Slammers continue to remark that Arnprior Golf Club at Sand Point is the most improved in the Ottawa Valley, and its hard to disagree. During today's event the weather threatened and changed all afternoon with some spouses at home texting Slammers on course about imminent torrential downpour, but it missed us ! Now that's Slamming !

The areas of this course which were normally a boggy marsh marked by red stakes were dry and the ball was frequently playable. The sand traps are strategically penal and could be played from fairly and with consistency.
