It is always a real treat to play The Marshes and to have an early morning Slammer event before the heat of the day sets in is a double treat. And today was no exception as Marshes was in great condition and the summer weather blessed us. And yes the Slammers took advantage of these conditions demonstrating some very good matches, some great golf and humourous one liners. The event was capped off with all the Slammers enjoying a cold one at the 19th hole. The putting was great there and so was the zingers. Thanks for making this a very enjoyable event. Events like this are well worth skipping work for...I think I am going to be sick sometime during the work week!!
