The Slammer Tour took a trip through the Marlborough Forest today, arrived in Smiths Falls, then scooted on over to Lombard Glen for a memorable outing. There was a slight breeze with temperatures in the upper teens as our stinkiest Slammer stepped up to the tee on the 188 yard, par 3, 8th hole. I guess discussing, with Lucky, the possibility of "this" happening, had Pepilepu thinking about it as he let it fly. The ball drifted nicely through the air, bounced softly on the green, rolled up to the flag, and....that's right, it disappeared. A monumental feat! Ace, Eagle, a 'one' on the score card, priceless! "One of these guys is good!" And, he even bought the rounds. Way to go Pepi! Slammer Hall of Fame, make room!
