It's October 1st and the Slammers sent a message to Mother Nature that we're not even close to being done with this 2013 season yet! Seven full groups, twenty eight strong, made the short jaunt to Stonebridge for some Tuesday Slammin' fun. And under a full sunny sky these Slammers showed 'em that with nothing in our way we could set an exemplary pace that could easily be referenced in those "While we're young" commercials! The leaf rule took effect today as it does each year on this date but on this linksy course there was no need to even bring it up on the first tee. So much more fun to come...Thanksgiving weekend up next, The Dragonfly challenge and then Smugglers weekend....Ya ever been?
