November sixteen, two thousand triziteen and the season is at that point where it is ramped up and ready for the big finale, the ultimate match up, the final showdown...The Run for #1 ! Thank you to Falcon Ridge for hosting our thirteen groups and fifty two Slammers today. As always, Steve and the whole Falcon Ridge crew did such a terrific job and where else can you get an open driving range, full food service and porta potties at this time of year! Steve was even on the first tee ensuring that the Slammers flowed through without incident for our 17th through 4th hole shotgun start today. We have all been on our "mark" for several weeks now as Slammers plotted and finagled their way as close to the top of the Slammer ranks as they could...today we were "set" as all divisional number one leaders were kept out of the picture so 4 others would vie for one of three spots and tomorrow it is "GO" time! Good luck to all on this final Run for #1 !
