It's the eve of the first round of EG Club Championships and eight Slammers and Slammettes took in a mid afternoon event at Falcon Ridge just south of the City. It's been a bit of a cool week and although we started off the day fairly comfortable with a few layers and long pants....we needed more layers and hand warmers by the time we hit the 15th tee box as the temps dropped quickly as the sun went down. Hot chocolate, coffee with a little somethin' somethin' and soup were on the menu for the Slammers on the 19th today. Good luck in the first round tomorrow everyone !
