Slammers won the bet against the weather man today as we were not rained on once during our round at the enjoyable Mountain Creek Golf Club!; There were no shortage of black flies on the course today but there was also no shortage of fun had by all! Thanks to all Slammers who were able to supply DEET to their competitors/friends! According to the Mountain Creek employee running the contest on hole #14 we were lucky that there was a breeze or else the black flies would have been about 4 times worse! I can't imagine what that would have been like!

TC Matches: Pizza man suffers a devastating defeat to GreenReader, although 18 holes was not enough to determine the outcome, this match needed a playoff hole where GreenReader came out victorious, Pizza Man takes a very early exit to this years TC B bracket, what a disappointment!! Congrats to GreenReader and good luck the rest of the way!

Hole #14 today slammers had the chance not only to win the hole in one pot, but they also had a chance to win a free (discounted) membership to Mountain Creek, (Pipeline was in the 6 foot radius) so he is eligible for a 10% discount for a MC membership! Great shot Pipeline! All you had to do was hit the green to win a free Jumbo HotDog! ShortStack is most thankful for this contest as he was offered 3 hotdogs from his Slammer friends but was only gracious enough to accept one from Big Tee and Duke.
