It started off overcast and cold but warmed up once the sun came out. The Slammers played a hybrid course today composed of 3 holes from the South 9, 6 holes from the Central 9 and the entire North 9. The proshop had scorecards modified to include only those holes. It turned out to be an enjoyable Match Play golf day when the sun came out. The greens were in relative good condition for this time of year and the fairways were enjoyable with lift, clean and place in effect on your own fairways. The kids loved the Slammers' putting as 35.50 bones were donated all from 3 putts. Nice to be on the golf course and nice to enjoy the 19th hole. Hopefully, we have seen the last of the cold weather. Come on warm Spring and Summer Slammin'.
