Somehow it's already the third week of September but the weather was incredible today hitting and surpassing the predicted high of 27 by mid day...and it sure felt as if summer was still kicking it into high gear. But the 7:03 pm sunset sure blew that theory out of the water. The Slammers were finalizing on the 19th when Tesla begged all to follow him out onto the back patio to watch the sun set. And yes the view over the course was spectacular as the light faded. We are so lucky to play a course like Eagle Creek and even better we get to play it in match play format with our Slammer friends. As stated in Game of Thrones " Winter is coming ". So get out everyone and play in the best season of the year ! Fall is here and hopefully we will get a long long fall season in the Capital for our Slamming enjoyment. Have a great week and get out to golf... A lot ! IronMaiden.
