Toque alert! The first toque of the season showed up on the golf course today. I played 5 days ago and was sweating from the heat on the first tee! Today, we were in layers and mitts were also seen. Then the sun came out and it was a beautiful day! Fall golf is nice. And tomorrow, fall rules start. Thank goodness because there are a lot of leaves out there. Apart from the slow round due to being behind a tournament, we all had a blast out there and the staff at Canadian is always kind, courteous and a pleasure. Thanks to all who came and look forward to seeing more next time. The Canadian is a wonderful fall golf course. chill --- out!

Excitement at the end of the round as ambulance and police arrive after a very inebriated golfer rolled a power cart. It was NOT a slammer! Although he was pinned by the power cart and needed to have it lifted off him, he was apparently not badly hurt. Just a lesson to all to drink and drive responsibly and have respect for the golf course!
