With cooler temperatures and the changing colours of the leaves, fall golf can be very enjoyable if the weather cooperates and you dress appropriately. It can be a little crisp at times, but the sun can significantly contribute to making fall golf comfortable and enjoyable. Warmer fall weather was out in full splendor at CedarHill as 5 groups of Slammers came out to enjoy the day on the links and for some to make gains on the divisional ranking ladders for the Run for #1. B1, C1 and D1 were at the event to defend their rank making for nice divisional groupings and some very competitive match play Slammer golf. Lots of leaves falling and the greens were recently punch making putting, shall we say, interesting. A sweet day on the course and a comforting wrapup on the 19th hole. NOTABLE: It was announced prior to the 1st tee off that hole 15 is a par 3 to avoid any potential confusion. This was based on feedback from several Slammers, discussions with the starter, the Slammers' live scoring app, the Slammers printed off Slammer score sheet and Cedarhill online scorecard all reporting hole 15 as a par 3. Confusion previously occurred because the paper Cedarhill scorecard has a misprint reporting #15 as a par 4 (Confirmed by the proshop)!
