Monday at Champlain with three full groups for each event as this double header duty day is gaining popularity and if I do say so, getting more fun each week. Perhaps because we got to have our first official 19th hole of this 2020 season? Ya think? We also got to have our first live wrap up of the season onsite and that felt almost nostalgic. Exactly three months ago our daily lives changed in ways we could not have imagined but from our Slammer family viewpoint it seems as though most of us have tried to make the best of things and have done a great job keeping ourselves and eachother safe. Adding golf to any situation can only make things better I say and everytime I talk to a golf course and they tell me how their tee sheet is packed it only makes me smile :) Thank you for a fun day and keep staying safe Slammers
Phillllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll deserves all the “L’s” he can get today. He had a LOVELY match with SunShine as they play to a draw, he LIBERATED MarkMan on the 17th but most of all he just LOVED his match with Duke as he LET this B only LAST until the 16th winning that match 3&2. Philll was solid today, circled a bird on his card and earned the Event Winner title in fine style. Congrats !
