The day started off chilly and windy as Slammers came dressed for the occasion. Talon is truly a pleasure to play course with scenery, super course conditions and fast, tricky greens. Today one needed a good feel for speed on the greens and trusting one's read of the line to avoid three-putting. There appeared to be lots of those. Lots of close matches as the outcomes of 10 were determined on the 17th or 18th hole. Competitive but friendly match play golf at its best, the hallmark of Slammers. Thank you for the great day out. Video report from KidsClubPlaying in his 83rd Slammer event of the season, the big question was is he going down today. Gator hunting was the preoccupation of the second Slammer group along with match play. Another stellar performance for Gator as he beats off his opponents with his sticks. He has a birdie, wins a dog and shoots a solid B score 🏌🏽♂️. Looks like you will be hauling away some Slammer hardware 😁this season as it appears nobody in Slammer world will catch up to you for Stirling points. Congratulations, Gator 🥇 !!

Talon is in great condition with a few fairways with wet areas. The greens were fast and pin placements made putting a journey for some. The fall colours are coming out in their glory making a picturesque backdrop of a day of Slammer Tour golf.
