Le Sorcier is home of the Ottawa Sun Scramble GOLFTEC B City Championship. It is always a pleasure and a challenge to play a Slammer event at Le Sorcier. The tree lined course with lots of elevation changes coupled with lots of rocks, water and undulations is pleasing to the eye but demanding in accuracy. We experienced rain for one hole (15 minutes) in the middle of our round but it cleared up quickly to become a beautiful summer day. Lots of satisfied Slammers with positive golf experiences at Le Sorcier. Thank you my fellow Slammers for gambling on avoiding rain on this wonderful course.... and of course you won. Your OC, KC.
Green Arrow, the event winner, continues to have an outstanding stretch of first class Slammer golf going. Match play Slammer golf at Le Sorcier appears to be his forte. Green Arrow defeats JoV, Carrot Top and RobBob on or before the 15th hole and becomes the new number 1, C player. His superb performance is accented with 2 birdies, 2 skins and 1 dog. On top of this he shoots below his median and would have won all his matches against the entire field except one Slammer. Great Slammer performance Green Arrow. Congratulations!

Le Sorcier is one of the most challenging, diverse and scenic golf courses in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. The varied elevation changes coupled with picturesque holes brings joy to any golfer. The greens are tricky but a tad slower than some of the more recent courses we have played. The service from the cart area, proshop, starter hut, to the 19 hole is simply outstanding. And the Pro Shop Manager came to introduce himself and provided discount beer coupons for all Slammers in attendance. Thank you Le Sorcier for the super service and great course conditions.
