It has been some time since the Slammer tour played a complete event at the Meadows. The East/North 9s did not disappoint the Slammers. Although relatively short, this tree lined set of nines with lots of water and sand required striking the ball well and straight and lots of course management. It was a thinking Slammer game today. Some excellent scores and match play golf performances were noted. Bonus too that there was no rain or showers throughout the event making the afternoon very pleasant. He wins his matches against Koala, Chevy and Bwoo all before or on the 13th hole. In addition, he scores 2 birdies, and takes home a doggie, and 2 skins. How well did he play today? Well he registers a score 9 below his median or 3 above par registering the low round of the day. In fact the Bomb played so well that he would have beaten the entire field, all the A players and would be the top Slammer in the A division. Congratulations on your outstanding performance.
