Sixteen Slammers teed it up at Belfry tonight. We were welcomed with a massive tree in front of the first tee block which made the first hole a bit of a bugger for some. Tunes were blasting, chirps were flying and drinks were flowing: what more could you ask for on the last Sunday in February? Three Andrew Smith Insurance dogs were awarded tonight worth 26 bones each, so congrats to BoulayBoulay, ShortStack -- and Kong who made a nice 2 putt from 71 feet on hole 14. There were 8 Swing Fit skins awarded, all with birdies: 3 for SilverKing and 1 each to LeWok, Farmer Sean, Kong, BoulayBoulay and ShortStack. SilverKing has become a force to be reckoned with in the Open division as he defends his rank of O1 again. The master of the boost, we may need to change his nickname to GoldBoost. All jokes aside, congrats to SilverKing on an impressive day on the sims. He cards the lowest round in the field and also cashes in on the most bones. 3 skins totaling 30 bones! He adds 14 Stirling Johnston points to his total this season while going undefeated in his group and shooting below his scoring median! Can he defend again next week???
