11 Slammers made it out today to Edgewood Links - a rural, rustic course with a challenging back nine! This is the first Slammer event at this course and I am sure it will not be the last. We had one City Match Play game today and that was between Gator and Banzai in the B Division. Winner was Gator so he moves on to the next round. As a special note, all three groups came in under 4 hours - a particularly fast round by our first group who finished in 2 hours and 40 minutes, with the other two groups coming in at 3 hours and 40 minutes and 3 hours 45 minutes respectively. Nice!
Fre-Teach had a great game today! He went undefeated against three fellow B players and successfully defended his B1 rank. He also snagged 2 birdies and 1 skin and shot better than his median. This Slammer is on a roll!
