12 Slammers made the trip out east. We had C1 up for grabs and we also had a City Match Play Parent/Child semi final match up. In that semi final, Jori Trudel and Michele Franke took down Claude and Richard Drouin on the 18th hole to win 1-up: what a great match. The C1 battle was equally exciting which Cracker took on the last hole against Carrot Top to become our new C1. Only 3 Dogs were claimed out of the 5 on offer and 5 skins were won, with three going to RyNo. Well done everyone! The weather was perfect, the company was outstanding and of course Hole #19, my personal favourite, was top drawer.
Cracker is our top Slammer today with 15 Stirling Johnston points to add to his already impressive collection for the season. He took the coveted C1 crown from Carrot Top in a close battle, going all the way to the 18th. He beat all 3 of his opponents, took a skin and won a nice dog for that fine 15 points. Well done, Cracker.
