We had 19 Slammers out today in the hot sunny weather. Lots of water being drunk for sure! There were two city match play games going on today; in the Men's C division the winner moving on is Van-Khan Nguyen. In the Parent-Child B semi-final we had two dads and their junior sons playing; it was so nice to see the young boys having a day on the links with their fathers. The winners moving on to the final are Marty and Carter McCaffrey. Well done players. For those in the B division be aware that there is now a new B1 - Gator! I am told there will be a new Slammer on the tour called "Thundergun", but you may know him now as Drummer Boy. See you next time at a future Slammer event.
