A fun group of 20 Slammers made their way out to sunny Dunrobin to play Edgewood Links. We had a couple of CPMC matches that were played and decided on the day. In the mixed C Div, Razz and Lightning defeated Gator and Gatorette, and in the Super Senior Div, McDon defeated Pepilepu. Congrats to both winners and good luck in the next round. Slammers recorded 16 birdies on tough greens and all 4 Andrew Smith Insurance Dogs were won on the day. Thanks you to my volunteers, Cobra and Pepilepu who took care of the photomaster and SwingFit skins duties. Well done… see you all at the next one.
Our Event winner today is TNT (D1) He bagged himself 14 Matheson Group Realty points, defeated Baloo (C5) for 4 big points, he defeated Ruth for 3 points, defended his D1 crown for 2pts, had a dog for 3pts and beat his median (95<101) for a single point. His only slip up was against the man himself, Auldphart, who held off TNT to take that win. A great day for TNT, well done indeed.

Course Report
My 1st time playing at Edgewood and I will definitely return. At the 19th hole we enjoyed some drinks to do our wrap up and the general consensus was that Edgewood pulled out the stops today for our Slammers. Very true greens, well maintained fairways and that clover in the rough was a challenge for any Slammer at any level. Thanks to Edgewood Links for being our host today and thanks to Allen McGee, the resident PGA Pro, for making us welcome.
