Oh what a day this was. An amazing group, marvelous weather, awesome food after the round, and a day of firsts for a few Slammers. We witnessed Char getting her first birdie EVER! Just to watch it get cut off by the host on a near ace. But hey, close is only good in curling, shuffleboard, horseshoe, etc... My group also witnessed a first by pulling "something" out of the pond between 12 and 13. Wanna know more? Ask me or a Slammer whose name starts with an "M" ;) . Congrats to Alex who moves on to the semi final of the CMPC A division and to McDon who moves on to the finals of the CPMC Supreme Senior division. See you soon!
Our event winner today had a stinkin' good day by winning all his matches. He also collected a dog and a birdie. Icing on the cake is he was our skin master which gave him the extra point to be today's big winner. Congrats!
