What a way to move forward with the 2024 Slammer Tour season. Five foursomes go all in to compete for C1, B1 and A1 under such playable match play conditions both course wise and weather wise. A bit of wind made club selection at times challenging. Accept the challenge, bring the right attitude, react appropriately and enjoy the golf and your fellow Slammers. All three #1 changed hands. All five doggies were taken home and would you believe it that only 2 skins were won. And we got to enjoy the wrap-up celebrations at the 19th hole. By all accounts the Slammers were glad to be playing Slammer golf under some super conditions and with some great competitors. Thank you Slammers.
Koala is the Matheson Group Realty event winner today as he plays some outstanding Slammer golf. He recently moved to the A division and played so well that he jumped up the ranking ladder by some 253 spots. He defeats Skeeter, Duke and Ali G. Yessiree he is the new #1 in the A division. He has 2 birdies and wins 1 of the only two skins today. Koala has a solid Slammer performance. Koala was the 2023 Matheson Group Realty Points winner and jumps into an early lead for the 2024 season. Congratulations Koala on your outstanding accomplishments today.

The Meadows is in very good condition for late fall golf. Greens are summer condition, quick and tricky and not punched. Fairways were damp in spots but overall so playable. And the 19th hole was open so we could do the event wrapup. Thank you Meadows.
