It turned out to be such as super golf day at Rockland Golf Club. Last minute entry generated B, C and A groups. Started off overcast but became enjoyably sunny. Front 9 was wet but still very playable while the back 9 was dry. Rockland is always a challenge with its changing golf terrain and a nice fit for match play golf. Some down to the wire matches as 2 matches were determined on the 17th and 4 determined on the 18th. And the window prominent clubhouse made a perfect venue for the event wrapup. KC is the Matheson Group Realty event winner today as he takes home a whopping 18 points. He successfully defends his C1 rank against Bookie, BeanMan and RobBob. Course Report
Rockland East West was in excellent condition with a wet front 9 and a dry back 9. Some said it was the best course condition they played so far this year. Greens were running true and relatively fast for this time of year. Proshop, starter and the 19th hole staff are always service oriented. Thank you Rockland for the great venue to play Slammer golf at.
