It turned out to be a wonderful day of match play Slammer golf at Metcalfe. Chilly at first but warming up to be a sunny warm day on the links. An A, B and C foursome registered to battle in out. Eight skins won today 6 by birdies and all 4 doggies were taken home. Lots of close matches as the outcome of 7 matches were determined on the 18th hole. Lucky 13 had a great day out on the links playing the Slammer Tour and he played so well as to capture Matheson Group Realty crown as today's event winner. Lucky 13 takes down Baloo, Gator and Guyzer and jumps up the ranking ladder to the in the B division top 10. He was on fire as he registers 3 birdies, takes home 2 skins and wins 1 dog. The Metcalfe proshop informed the OC that the course was in summer condition except hole 16, 17 and 18 which had pockets of water. Regular Slammer rules in play.
