The day started off overcast with the need to keep your jacket on. But the golf gods cooperated and the sun came out for an enjoyable afternoon of Slammer golf. Le Sorcier with its tree lined fairways, significant elevation changes and rolling/hilly fairways challenged Slammers to manage risk, reward and think through where you wanted your ball to land. A great Labour day afternoon of match play golf. BagPipes advances to the final in the CMPC A division while Benny Sauce advances to the Better Business Bureau B finals. Congrats. Upsets appear to out number defences but only 3 matches were determined on the 18th hole. All five doggies were taken home and only 3 skins in a field of 24 Slammers were won. Big bones. The 19th hole was well attended for the wrapup. Overall a very sweeet way to spend a Labour Day afternoon, Slammin'. Your OC KC.

Course Report

What a difference 48 hours make. Saturday at Le Sorcier it was wet, wet, wet. Today, 5 holes were cart path only but really didn't need it. Lots of fairway roll and the greens were tricky and unpredictable. Thanks to the staff at Le Sorcier.
