The forecast was for rain but it didn't rain a drop while we were on the course....and it seemed that the Slammer Tour had the course to ourselves. It turned out to be a oh so managable and enjoyable day golfing. All four doggies were taken and 7 skins were won. Jazzie becomes the new D1 and Gator and Gatorette win the 2024 CMPC Mixed C title. Congratulations. A bit of a clitch with the Slammer software but all was resolved by Slammer Central. Gator did a great job as the Doggie Master and doing the Skins report manually. Thank you. Unfortunately, the 19th hole was closed but most of the Slammers stuck around for the wrapup. Overall a very enjoyable day Slammin' with our fellow Slammers.
KidsClub is today's event winner as he successfully wins his matches vs BogeyB, Gunner and 3wd. He captures a doggie, wins a skin and shoots better than his median. Congrats. PS he was a bit frazzled today as he left his cart battery at home and left his SUV door open but realized it when he returned to his car before tee off.

Called Cedarhill in the morning to see the status of the course. I was informed it was cart path only. It turned out that the course was so playable. Greens were quick and fairways got some roll but not to the degree of the summer roll we have been experiencing. Overall very good course conditions for this time of year.
