This was our first spring visit to Rockland GC and it truly never disappoints. As we know the weather forecasts can look quite dismal especially in the spring but the hourly forecast for our event times were accurate and rain gloves were never needed. Less than a full mm of rain fell during our time on the course and nothing beats the feeling of having the course to ourselves on days like this. Perfect event to end the week and lead us into weekend mode. Thank you Slammers for a great day and enjoy the big spring opener event at Stittsville tomorrow ! Good times
Moz defended against all that challenged and held his #2 A rank with the wins against Skeeter, Koala and Duke and he only needed 13 holes to get 'er done! Steady all day long shooting the low score of the day which was one below his median and what we now call the "Moz Special" since he seems to hit that number regularly these days ! Moz takes home both doggies on the back nine and a par skin to round out a super day. Well done and congrats !

Course Report
Rockland was in super late spring condition with very thick and challenging roughs and greens that rolled nicely. The large patio adjacent to the main pub looks all spiffed up and ready for hot weather and viewing of the 18th hole which is now #9 South instead of #9 West.
